Today was a very exciting day! Sophie and I went to our very first 4th of July parade together! There was lots to see and do. Here I am taking in all the floats.
The people in the parade kept throwing all sorts of candies at us. Don't they know we're not supposed to eat that stuff. Our Mommies didn't seem to mind though, they kept gobbling that stuff up! I had my sights on something better than candy. Sophie had goldfish that she just wasn't eating fast enough. I thought I'd help her out and when she was busy looking at the parade, I helped myself.
Sophie and I got bored watching the parade and ended up finding something far more interesting up in the sky. We think we saw birds, wait maybe it was a plane. I don't remember, but whatever it was we both saw it.
