Last weekend my friends and I got on a great big boat and headed through Puget Sound to find some whales! It was quite the adventure on the high seas. It took about two hours to get to the whales, so I passed the time by making new friends with everyone on the boat and eating all of my friends' snacks.
We finally got to a good spot and the captain told us to be on the lookout. I headed right for the upper deck so I could get the best view. I thought maybe we'd be able to swim with the whales too, but the death grip Daddy had on my leg while I was standing there, led me to believe this wasn't one of those trips. Guess I'll just have to watch them from up here...if they ever show up.
Found them!! Five beautiful killer whales came by the boat and we watched them for over an hour. Well, I lost interest after about ten minutes, so I went back to running around the boat while everyone else checked them out. It was such a fun day!
